Attend the
Public Hearing (as detailed above) – it is advisable to show up early
to get your name on the speakers’ list.
Send a submission in writing to
Legislative Services at the address below, or by email to legservicesinfo@tol.ca. Please
do not respond to this email with your written submission.
Written submissions will be accepted up to and during the
hearing and will form part of the public record. Mayor and Council are
not permitted to receive further input following the conclusion of a Public
Hearing.

What it’s
about:
Bylaw No. 5057
amends the Langley Official Community Plan by repealing the existing
Brookswood/Fernridge Community Plan. Bylaw No. 5058 proposes to update
the Community Plan for the Brookswood/Fernridge area and includes policies
related to land use, environment, transportation, servicing and implementation,
as well as development permit provisions.
